HH Installation

Nembi (Italian for Clouds) is a permanent public art installation commissioned by Los Angeles County and produced in a collaboration between the Solutions Studio and artist and architect Elena Manferdini. The installation’s playful composition and striking colors enter into dialog with the iconic green bands of the Hubert Humphrey Health Center’s facade. Made entirely of powder-coated aluminum, each panel is saturated in durable color that can withstand tactile interaction while providing a dynamic visual experience at the threshold of the building.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Architect: Elena Manferdini
