25 Kent, a new office building developed through a partnership between Gensler and Hollwich Kushner, has established itself as a hub of innovation and creativity. Designed as two volumetric forms that reflect each joined by a plaza in the middle, Arktura provided a Custom Delta Drop® Exterior system including Vapor® panels and custom exterior Powder Coating in an industrial copper finish to clad the outdoor plaza. In addition, this bespoke exterior cladding project was designed in partnership with Arktura Project Managers and Installers to determine the external engineering required to provide the system with a structural evaluation for connection to the structure. This additional collaboration provided added facets to the industrial intent of the design.
