Apache

In collaboration with Gensler, Arktura designed and fabricated a custom panel system for the Apache corporate headquarters in Calgary. Each panel was made of cast aluminum plate and perforated with a pattern that reflects the company’s rebranding and graphic strategy. Spanning from floor to ceiling without attachments to the wall, the thickness of the material is integral to the panels’ durability, as well as their visual effect. The perforated aluminum plate is layered against back-painted glass to display colors that vary floor-by-floor throughout the building.
